Hotel was clean and well presented, had fairly friendly stuff, impeccable rooms. I booked a room with a fine bed, climate control, high-speed internet and thick blackout curtains. Had LOVELY breakfasts with "king of cappuccino''. Nice location to mura di lucca.

Our stay was very peaceful, good value. Truly memorable and impeccably clean hotel in a the best location. There was lots of amazing meals. There were climate control, high-speed internet and coffee in the room, loved that. The venue was near the historic center of Lucca. Easy check in and in general good service...

Hotel is very clean. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Found a place called osteria da rosolo, set right next to the property, ate there a few times.
